Counselling with Fearless Footsteps can take place at your choice of in home online therapy or outdoors in nature. Sessions are client-led, meaning you set the pace and focus on what feels most important to you. Using a narrative therapy approach, I help you explore challenges, separate yourself from problems, and find solutions that align with your values. Whether walking, sitting, or moving, the goal is to create a safe, supportive space for growth and clarity.
