I have extensive experience working with both adults and adolescents in private practice and EAP (Employee Assistance Programs). My clients seek help for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress from work or tertiary study, relationship problems, panic attacks, bullying, burnout. I have a person centred style and assist you to make positive changes in your life, or learn to use strategies to manage your issues. I am looking forward to working with you.
