What to Expect Over Three Days

Evening One: Arrival dinner, connection building, and gentle somatic reset.
Day Two: Guided Breathwork Byron Circle, peer supervision integration, and practical self-care strategies.
Day Three: Long-term sustainability planning, peer coaching, and creative integration sessions.
